Conditions we discuss

Start with what is holding you back.

01

Low Back Pain

Acute or ongoing discomfort can have more than one contributing factor.

02

Neck Pain

Understand how history, movement, posture, and examination inform recommendations.

03

Sciatica

Explore nerve-related leg symptoms through a careful, individualized evaluation.

04

Headaches

Learn why recurring headaches deserve a thoughtful history and examination.

05

Joint Pain

Look at mobility and daily demands instead of reducing the issue to one symptom.

06

Degenerative Arthritis

Discuss conservative care considerations with realistic expectations.

Your path forward

Getting started should feel simple.

01

Initial exam

We listen, review your history and goals, and perform an individualized examination. Imaging may be recommended when clinically appropriate.

02

Clear findings

At a follow-up visit, often the next day, we explain what we found and answer your questions in plain language.

03

Your recommended plan

If care is appropriate, the recommendation reflects your findings, needs, and what you want to return to doing.

Good to know

Questions new patients ask.

These answers are general information. Your recommendations depend on your history and examination.

What happens at the first visit?

Your first visit includes a conversation about your concerns and goals followed by an individualized examination. Imaging may be recommended when clinically appropriate.

Will I understand the recommendations?

Transparency is a core value. Findings and options should be explained clearly, with time for your questions before you decide what comes next.

Is this a one-day experience?

The intended approach is a tailored plan rather than a one-size-fits-all visit. The duration and frequency of any recommendation depend on your individual findings and goals.

How do I schedule?
